How do I track my order?
We use Australia Post standard parcel delivery service giving you the freedom to track your parcel from purchase to delivery and will send you a shipping dispatch confirmation email.
When and how will my order ship?
Parcels will be processed Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and Weekends. Your order may take 2-3 days to be packaged. We use Australia Post parcel delivery to send your parcel to you. It should arrive to you within 3-10 business days depending on location. A courier may be required to deliver parcel to people living in remote areas.
How will you package my parcel?
We will package things very carefully and may even package things separately in one or more parcels if contents are precious at no extra cost. We keep our stock on hand so therefore we will ensure it has been packages securely. We will also wrap your parcel lovingly.
How much will I pay for shipping?

Can you express post my order if I want it quicker?

What if something is broken or damaged?
Please contact us within two days of delivery. Please keep the original items and all packing material and forward us photos of the damaged item and parcel it arrived in. We may ask you to send the item back and we will pay this cost. We may repost a new item back to you given it is in stock or on backorder. If not we will offer you a refund to the same value. Please email us an email@example.com and we will send you the instructions.
What is I want to return an item?
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within two days of receiving it. We are happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
